Exercise to scan and clear your aura
Kick off your shoes and sit or stand in a place where you will not be interrupted for at least two to five minutes. Switch off your phone.
With your bare feet touching the ground/grass/sand take a couple of deep breaths in and release the air from your lungs slowly.
Do five or so deep breathings in and out in this fashion. Become aware of your feet and feel them getting ‘heavier’ – as if the space between you and the earth is diminishing more and more with every breath.
Relax your body completely. If you feel this would be better accomplished while sitting down then do this exercise sitting down.
Scan with your inner eye (psychic vision) whether you can spot dark areas in or around your body. Look specifically in your aura to see if there are dark, smoky areas. As you become aware of such areas use the violet flame of transmutation to burn away, and transmute the dark or smoky patches in your body and aura into vibrantly clear energy once again.
If you feel that anybody out there is draining your energy, burn, with the violet flame, the energy or thoughtforms that might linger after interaction with such a person. Do the same with anything that might be bothering you or taking away your peace.
When you are certain that your energy is cleared, envision a beautiful beam of white light coming from above and entering your crown.
The beam of light fills up your entire body and aura. Bask in this energy, breathe it in and let it continue satiating every cell, every inch of your body and aura.
Envision your guardian angel (or your spirit guide) handing you a beautiful silver cloak. As you draw the hood over your head and fasten the front, imagine that you have complete protection and that nothing out there can penetrate this protection. Have confidence and know that you are not a victim.
As with anything else, the effects of this exercise will only last about four hours. Sensitive people need to have a regular energetic care routine for sustaining good energetic health. Energetic health carries over to the physical body – a strong energetic body means a strong and healthy physical body.
